Kuotch Chemist had a problem. Although they were advertising on both local Radio and Television, they weren't actually saying anything. There was no point of difference AND the bigger chemists chains were moving into the area and taking market share. Furthermore, as NBN were following a template, the clients brand was being swallowed by all the other commercials on television that were  being created in exactly the same way. 

So I approached the owners and asked where exactly they saw themselves in five years time… Their Answer?
We want to be the No.1 Chemist for young families on the Central Coast.
Really? I said. Well why didn't you just say that in the first place? And so I created this campaign
